That looks like a nice little fixer upper for a retirement home. I'll bet it could be picked up for a song and not cost much for the repairs.

LETARSIER,
What are you doing in Zimbabwe ?

Instant Karma, Tarsier. You got nuts to wander around in this shanty town.
A creepy local could have caught you snapping the place. Country people are rough. One of them could have rushed out of his shack with a pump gun and bellowed out: "What the fuck ya doing in here, ya fucking frog? Back off and shove the camera up yo ass or I scatter yo guts all over the fucking garden."

Do you think that the Blues came from middle class suburbs of Boston ?

Liberalism, like the kind Obonga supports. Liberalism enables weak people and turns them into bums.
Funny to read these kinds of comment after 8 years of Bush administration with republican majority... priceless Idahocunt, congrats! I'm about to make my yearly trip to east texas (houston) in august to visit relatives, I might also take a few pics of dogshit in the streets and other pleasant reminders that the free world isn't fooling anyone...

.... and those is the wealthy neighborhoods.
you sure travel in style letty.

We should be so lucky. We need to have someone shoot the vid and upload to YouTube though.

At least I contributed a great contribution to science, my life was not in vane.
My sister in Law also stopped working at one point and refused to work ever again. She ended up committing suicide, so no one noticed her case.
Me, I survived and contributed a fascinating syndrome, the Whatchamacallitude.
It characterizes when a french bloke finally gains awareness that it is better to enjoy the original than the cheap clone.
France has been long now under the yoke of American cultural products, to the extent many young french singers now sing in English - including Carla Bruni, our Italian First Lady.
However, no matter how pervasive is the process, most frogs stay unaware that they consume products of the American identity without actually enjoying the true benefits thereof.
Here the disorder is, they do not make a difference ! Which proves they have never been in the US.

You cannot buy both some paint for your porch and a subscription to a satellite.
What the hell would they do all day long if they did not have internet and/or tv ?? Looking for a job, maybe ?

Weird My sentiments exactly. Something is wrong with someone who comes to a country looking for the worst places to visit.
His psyche matches what he photographs.

Letarsier is sacrificing his holidays for the good cause : to bring here on Fuckfrance an honest picture of America. I am sure he has a great time thinking of the basher reactions each time he does a nice shot..
By the way, we will agree that these aren't the "worst places to visit". If he had been visiting those "worst" places he wouldn' t be in this world anymore to post picture of them. We would rather read some articles about a French tourist shot or beaten to death in a gang suburb of Palo Alto or of Detroit.
Here Letarsier deliver a picturesque and bucolic view of of real America, far away from the false advertising of the travel agencies.
Great Job Letarsier. Let' s see what the next edition brings.

Yes, he visited Baboonville.
It could have been MUCH worse.
At least he didn't go to "New DORK Shitty".

Now that you've seen where GBush lives, do you still think he has anything of value to teach anyone?
Actually, I lied a bit. The only place in America that is worse is Arkansas. That's where geebers could afford to retire.
Now do you stinkies understand GBush better? Yep, he's THAT poor.

Toast, nothing's wrong with that... these so called "worst places" are as much part of your cultural heritage than the rest, if you're feeling uncomfortable looking at them, you might try to do something about it for a change? It's just another window looking down to another reality, the ghettoization of your society instead of that legendary "melting pot"
ps: don't get me wrong, french did a fine job with their banlieux

It's just another window looking down to another reality, the ghettoization of your society instead of that legendary "melting pot" The ghettoization of your society ?? Give me a break. These are far from ghettos, which, if you are looking for them, do exist in our inner cities.
I'm not uncomfortable with it at all. They exist in the U.S. and will likely forever exist as long as people are satisfied to live like this. There is nothing I can or am willing to do about it.
My point is simply that it's silly to spend vacation time and money looking for pics to post of FF. Something is wrong with someone who does that.
Letarsier is sacrificing his holidays for the good cause : to bring here on Fuckfrance an honest picture of America. I am sure he has a great time thinking of the basher reactions each time he does a nice shot.. LOL. Very funny, Franken. The bashers are laughing their ass off that he gave up his holiday to visit these places.

BHL did a very bad job with his "American Vertigo". I trust more Letarsier to be our new Tocqueville.

Global, what would you suggest that we do about these slums. If we gave them someplace nice to live, they would just destroy it. I have personally seen this. If we divided up all of the wealth in the US equally, there would be rich people and poor people within a few years. The poor are poor due to their attitude and work ethic. There is little or nothing that can be done to correct the problem.
